What is this platform?
It is our company's private purchasing platform. We supply public and private customers in Spain and publish their real orders here so that selected manufacturers can send us their price.
Who can join?
Only suppliers invited or approved by our team. We review every company before giving access.
Are the orders real?
Yes. Every request is a specific need of a customer. Quantities, specifications and delivery times are checked by our team before publishing.
How is the supplier chosen?
We compare the total delivered cost to Spain: price, freight, lead time, certificates and compliance with the specifications. The lowest price does not always win if it misses the deadline or the requirements.
Will I know how my quote did?
Yes. While the request is open you see your current position, and when it closes you see where your price ranked and how far you were from the best. If you win, we contact you.
Who sees my prices?
Only our purchasing team. We never share them with other suppliers or third parties.
How much does it cost?
Joining and quoting are free. We do not ask suppliers for any payment, deposit, fee or bank details to join or to quote, and it is always us who pay the supplier. Suppliers who join before 30 November 2026 become founding members: free access and preferential conditions. Suppliers joining later may be subject to a membership fee.
How are orders paid?
Payment terms are agreed for each order, by bank transfer (T/T). Put the terms you propose in your quote, for example a deposit and the balance before shipment.
Which Incoterm should I use?
Whichever you prefer: EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP. If you can, quote DAP or DDP to the delivery address in Spain: it is easier to compare and usually wins.
Can I ask questions?
Yes, inside each request. We answer there. If the answer is useful to everyone, we share it with the other suppliers without saying who asked.

To protect our customers' confidentiality. Each request has everything you need to quote: product, quantities, specifications, delivery place and lead time.
