Access is reserved to suppliers invited or approved by the Company. The content, design and software of the platform belong to the Company or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Privacy policy

Data we process: data of the supplier company and its contact persons (name, email, phone, country, language), the commercial information you provide (products, certificates, lead times, terms) and the quotations, questions and files you send through the platform.

Purposes: managing your account and supplier registration, sending you requests for quotation, receiving and comparing your quotations, communicating with you about orders and, if you accepted it, notifying you of new requests.

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and the business relationship with your company (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in managing a business-to-business supplier network (Art. 6(1)(f)) and your consent for email notifications (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time under "My company".

Recipients: we never share your data or your prices with other suppliers or third parties. We use technology providers acting as processors: web hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and AI text processing (Google). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy frameworks).

Retention: while your account is active and afterwards for the legal periods that apply to business relationships.

Your rights: you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to adambenktib3@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies: we only use technical cookies needed to sign in and remember your language. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Terms of use

Access: the platform is free of charge and by invitation only. The Company may approve, suspend or close accounts, in particular if false information is provided or the platform is misused.

Requests: each request describes a real purchasing need. Publishing a request or receiving your quotation does not oblige the Company to place an order. An order only exists once confirmed in writing.

Quotations: you undertake that the information you send (prices, lead times, certificates, specifications) is accurate and to hold your offer for the validity period you state.

Confidentiality: your quotations are only seen by the Company's purchasing team. You undertake not to disclose the information in the requests outside your company.

Results: the ranking of your price that we show is indicative and based on the total delivered cost to Spain. The choice of supplier also considers lead times, certificates and compliance with the specifications.

Governing law: these terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona (Spain).
